1. SMS Messaging Program

Program name: DSL Window Coverings Customer Notifications.

Program description: DSL Window Coverings sends appointment confirmations, reminders, quote follow-ups, and order status updates to customers who have requested a quote or scheduled a measurement or installation for custom window shutters.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month related to your active quote, appointment, or order.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Services

DSL Window Coverings provides custom window shutter sales, measurement, and installation services. All quotes are estimates and may change based on final measurements and product selection.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in your individual quote or invoice. Deposits may be required to begin custom orders.

4. Cancellations

Custom orders, once placed with the manufacturer, generally cannot be cancelled. Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

DSL Window Coverings's liability is limited to the value of the products and services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
